Business Development Rep | $65K–$75K - Base+  Commission | Construction

Job Description:
Ready to earn big and grow fast? Penult Projects Inc., a national General Contractor with a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) subsidiary, is hiring a Business Development Representative to expand our footprint in hospitality, commercial construction, data centers, and federal projects.

$65K–$75K base + commission
Unlimited earning potential with clear growth path
Represent a respected GC with national reach

What you’ll do:

Drive new business through cold calling + LinkedIn networking.

Source and evaluate federal opportunities on SAM.gov.

Write proposals and win RFPs with support from estimating.

Build relationships in hospitality, commercial, and government markets.

Support the COO in Lead Generation and Follow-up

Who you are:
✔ Confident in sales, outreach, and cold calling.
✔ Motivated by commission and measurable success.
✔ Strong in proposal writing and business communication.
✔ Familiar with government contracting or SAM.gov (preferred).
✔ Driven, competitive, and entrepreneurial.
