Care Where You Are is a fast-growing, locally owned home care company headquartered in Kalamazoo, MI, with offices in Decatur and Battle Creek. We help older adults live comfortably and independently at home while building a scalable, community-driven business.

We’re looking for a creative, entrepreneurial college student interested in marketing, sales, and community engagement who wants hands-on experience helping shape the voice and growth strategy of a small business.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing social media and marketing campaigns

Build brand awareness through digital content, community outreach, and local events

Support sales efforts by tracking leads, managing outreach lists, and helping with presentations and proposals

Work with leadership to refine messaging and marketing strategy

Gather data to measure campaign results and customer engagement

Contribute ideas to grow visibility and expand market reach

Ideal Candidate

Studying Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or Entrepreneurship

Creative, motivated, and excited to learn in a small-team environment

Comfortable communicating and connecting with people
