About the Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the first touchpoint in our sales process — identifying new opportunities, qualifying leads, and setting up our sales team for success.
This is a hands-on, high-energy role where you’ll work primarily in the office, learning the ins and outs of lead generation and full-cycle sales. You will also have occasional opportunities to join field ride-alongs with sales managers, gaining exposure to local and nationwide accounts and seeing firsthand how outside sales complements your inside efforts.
You’ll be trained and mentored by experienced industry professionals to master the art of prospecting, lead generation, and full-cycle selling. What You’ll Do
Make 75–125 outbound calls per day to prospective clients including hospitals, surgery centers, dermatology offices, fire departments, and cancer centers.
Work primarily in the office, managing high-volume outbound prospecting while occasionally joining field ride-alongs with sales managers to observe outside sales in action.
Identify decision-makers, qualify accounts, and collect key data that helps our sales team close deals efficiently.
Rotate through different account types and regions to uncover new opportunities and maintain a steady pipeline of warm leads.
Track and log call data, notes, and lead information in our CRM system, while also creating and managing opportunities to help navigate open, pending, and closed leads in collaboration with our clients and internal sales team.
Participate in interactive sales training, including role-playing sessions and creating sales presentations, to strengthen your communication, product knowledge, and sales pitch.
Collaborate closely with managers to refine your pitch, sharpen your sales skills, and reach your goals.
Follow up on leads and monitor progress to ensure every opportunity is maximized.
Learn the entire sales cycle — from initial outreach to closing — so you can confidently manage and close your own leads before advancing into the full-time Sales Representative role.
