The Bridge Autism Clinic is currently seeking eager and enthusiastic undergrads or post graduate students who are looking for an opportunity to broaden their knowledge within the field of Psychology while getting hands-on experience working with children with autism. Get practical experience and learn more about the discipline of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

After your training period, you will assist our Behavior Therapists in providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children (ages 2-10) with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We are looking for passionate and professional candidates who appreciate how ABA therapy can help facilitate independence and enhance the quality of life for children with Autism.

We offer a supportive, team-oriented environment grounded in best practices in ABA therapy. You will work under the direct supervision of our clinical leadership team, which includes BCBAs and credentialed Directors in ABA, Speech-Language Pathology, and Occupational Therapy.

  • Requirements: Completed bachelor’s degree preferred or currently enrolled in school to obtain a bachelor’s degree of a similar or related field. ex: (Psychology, Special Education, Education, Social Work, Nursing, Counseling, Neuroscience/ Cognitive Science, Child and Adolescent Development)
  • Experience working with children with developmental disorders or childcare in a professional environment is preferred.
  • Must have a willingness to work with children ages 2-11 years of age. 
  • Available to work a 40-hour week
  • Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Exercises good judgment at all times
  • Ability to communicate professionally and discretely

  • Adheres to HIPAA Rules and Regulations
  • Valid Driver's License
