- Follow up with leads generated from online marketing, mailers, and digital outreach
- Participate in weekly team trainings and mentorship sessions
- Develop valuable skills in leadership, sales, and financial literacy
- Use social media to build relationships and attract new clients
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be 18+ with a Social Security Number or ITIN
- Must pass a background check
- Motivated, disciplined, and coachable personality
- Integrity and a strong sense of purpose
- Competitive or athletic background is a plus
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow online
Compensation & Benefits:
- 1099 commission-based income (you control your pay)
- Average commission per policy: $500–$700
- Commissions paid twice weekly
- Top performers typically close 2–5 policies weekly once trained
