Marketing Operations Coordinator

We’re hiring a part-time Marketing Operations Coordinator to help drive client projects, streamline operations, and keep things moving behind the scenes. You’ll wear many hats, learn fast, gain hands-on experience with real agency systems, and play a key role as we grow.

This is a remote, part-time role with flexible hours (5-10 hours/week to start). Ideal for a student or recent grad interested in digital marketing, automation, or agency work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project execution across websites, SEO, and marketing automation
  • Triage client emails and assist with task management
  • Build, test, and edit marketing workflows using GoHighLevel (we’ll train you)
  • Format and post blogs, upload website content, and handle basic SEO audits and edits
  • Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, scheduling, and file uploads
  • QA landing pages, automations, and client deliverables before launch

Who We’re Looking For

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator
  • Comfortable using (or learning) tools like CRMs, WordPress, and web editors
  • Familiarity with SEO basics and tools like SEMRush
  • Interested in digital marketing, automation, and business growth
  • A fast learner who enjoys taking initiative and solving problems
  • Able to work independently, manage time well, and follow through on tasks

Bonus Points

  • Based in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Canva, or automation/AI skills
  • Previous internship, freelance, or project experience in marketing
