PhysioFit Rehab & Balance Center is a outpatient physical therapy practice committed to providing high‑quality one‑on‑one sessions tailored to each patient’s needs. We specialize in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports injury treatment, post‑operative care, vestibular/balance therapy, dry needling, manual therapy and more. Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations of new patients including history, systems review, movement/functional assessment, strength, mobility, balance, proprioception, pain levels.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patient goals (short‑term & long‑term).

Perform one‑on‑one treatment sessions using evidence‑based interventions including manual therapy, corrective exercise, therapeutic modalities.

Monitor patient progress, adjust plans of care, document outcomes, and communicate with referring physicians or other care providers when appropriate.

Provide patient education on body mechanics, ergonomics, injury prevention, home exercise programs, self‑management strategies.

Focus on restoring strength, mobility, function, balance and independence for patients recovering from orthopedic surgery, injuries, chronic musculoskeletal conditions, vestibular/balance disorders.

Ensure all documentation (evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries) is completed in a timely manner and meets state regulatory and payer requirements.

Collaborate with clinic staff to maintain a high quality, patient‐centered environment; assist with clinic growth, patient retention, marketing efforts as needed.

Participate in staff meetings, continuing education, quality improvement initiatives, letting the clinic remain at the forefront of care.

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Texas (or eligible for licensure).

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree from an accredited program preferred.

Minimum 1–2 years outpatient orthopedic / sports / balance therapy experience preferred (new graduates may be considered ).

Experience or interest in manual therapy, dry needling (or willingness to train/certify), balance/vestibular rehabilitation.

Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills; ability to develop and progress individualized plans of care.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong patient educator and motivator.

Comfortable working independently and in a small team/clinic environment; flexible schedule may be required occasionally.

Commitment to providing hands‐on, one‑on‑one treatment (clinic emphasizes personalized sessions) and delivering excellent patient experience aligned with clinic mission.

Ability to use electronic medical record (EMR) system / complete documentation in timely fashion.

Physical stamina: ability to assist patients with mobility, stand for extended periods, perform manual techniques, etc.

Working Conditions & Benefits

Patient load: (For example) 8–10 one‑on‑one sessions per day (adjust based on clinic expectations).
