What You'll Do:
This multi-faceted role involves diverse responsibilities crucial to our daily operations and patient care:
 

• Patient Engagement: Be the friendly voice and face of Reed Optical, assisting patients with questions and ensuring a positive experience.
   
• Office Administration: Manage general office tasks, including scheduling appointments and answering telephones efficiently.
   
• Medical Support: Conduct basic medical testing (full training provided—no prior experience needed!).Utilize multiple computer systems comfortably, including electronic medical records and Google Workspace.
