Planner/Buyer – Supply Chain / Manufacturing (Temp to Hire)
Location: Easton, PA
Department: Supply Chain & Operations
Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Salary: $62,000 – $75,000 annually (based on experience)

We’re looking for a Planner/Buyer to join our client’s manufacturing team in Easton! In this role, you’ll handle production planning, purchasing, and inventory control to keep operations running smoothly. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and keeping things moving on schedule.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and adjust production schedules based on demand and lead times
  • Analyze orders and inventory to create manufacturing and purchase orders
  • Run MRP and manage material requirements
  • Maintain accurate item data, lead times, and stock levels
  • Create and track purchase orders; resolve delivery or quality issues
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, operations, and finance teams
  • Support BOM updates, new product launches, and supplier changes
  • Monitor supplier performance and report on cost savings and KPIs

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in planning, buying, or supply chain (manufacturing preferred)
  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced setting
