Job Title: Outpatient Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapist

Location: Purchase, NY 10577

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing team. We welcome both new graduates and experienced PTs who are passionate about delivering high-quality and patient-centered care. We offer visa sponsorships for qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will have experience in evaluating and treating patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and possess the clinical skills needed to create and implement personalized treatment plans that support each patient’s unique goals and lifestyle.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify physical limitations, pain points, and functional impairments
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and goals
• Implement therapeutic interventions utilizing a variety of modalities to eliminate pain
• Take detailed notes describing the patient’s progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments and progress in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Collaborate with fellow PTs, PTAs, and PT Aides to provide high-level care
• Educate patients and provide home exercise program.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or related education from an accredited program (required)
• Valid New York State licensure as a Physical Therapist or eligibility to take the exam (required)
• Knowledge of Physiology, anatomy, and therapeutic techniques
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with patients and other team members
• Ability to come in person to our clinic in Purchase, NY 10577

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay: Competitive Rate
• Expected Hours: 30-40 hours per week

Schedule:

• Monday: 8 AM- 7 PM
• Tuesday: 10 AM - 7 PM
• Wednesday: 8 AM - 5 PM
• Thursday: 10 AM - 7 PM
• Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM
