Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Campaign Coordinator to join our Advertising Operations team.
This is a hands-on, learn-on-the-job position where you’ll help set up and manage digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other local marketing channels. You’ll work directly inside the Adplorer platform, supporting hundreds of small business and franchise clients with the tools and structure we’ve built to make local marketing scalable.

This role is perfect for someone who’s excited to learn the world of paid media and client service — not afraid of spreadsheets or customer conversations — and wants to grow into a Campaign Manager within a team that values mentorship, structure, and long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage digital campaigns inside Adplorer (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Local Services Ads).

Assist clients through email and phone to resolve campaign questions or requests.

Handle client support tickets and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and performance metrics.

Coordinate creative assets and ad copy with internal team members.

Participate in weekly team check-ins and training sessions to learn Adplorer’s systems and best practices.

Maintain accurate records of client activity and campaign performance.

What You’ll Learn

We’ll teach you “The Adplorer Way” of running high-performing local campaigns at scale.
Even if you have some experience with Google or Meta Ads, we’ll train you step-by-step in our proprietary systems, automation tools, and campaign management techniques. You’ll gain exposure to hundreds of active campaigns and develop practical, scalable marketing skills that few entry-level roles offer.

Requirements

0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or customer service (digital ads experience a plus).

Strong attention to detail and organization.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable with data, reporting, and multitasking across multiple clients.

Willingness to learn quickly and take feedback.

Able to work in-office at least 3 days per week in Sandy Springs, GA.

Full-time availability, Monday–Friday, starting by 9:00am ET.

Compensation & Growth

Base Salary: $40,000 per year (salaried)

Monthly Commission: % of management fees from assigned clients (no cap, paid monthly on the 15th for prior month)

Annual Retention Bonus: $1,000 earned for each month with zero client terminations in your book of business, paid as a lump sum on January 15 each year.

On-Target Earnings (OTE): ~$55K–$60K+ annually (uncapped potential)
