Job Summary

Tiny Steps Developmental Services provides psychotherapy and psychological testing. Our multi-disciplinary team includes psychologists, marriage and family therapists, and social workers. We meet weekly as a team to ensure each clinician has the support they need to provide the best services possible to our clients.

Duties/Responsibilities

- Provide psychotherapy in our office in Valley Village and/or Tarzana and via Telehealth using a variety of treatment modalities including but not limited to psychodynamic, systems, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and CBT.

- Attend weekly individual supervision with a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

- Participate in weekly group supervision with licensed clinicians to gain a variety of perspectives.

- Engage in unlimited trainings provided by the clinic.

- Work with a full caseload of clients provided by the clinic—no marketing required.

- Set your own schedule based on your availability.

MUST HAVES:

· Valid AMFT registration number.

· Willingness to come into the office at least one day per week to see clients and attend in-person supervision as needed.

· Proof of COVID-19 vaccination if hired.

· Availability for at least two evenings per week until 7 or 8 pm (or one evening and Saturdays).

· Comfort using basic technology including Excel, Word, Outlook, OneDrive, and Zoom.

· Experience and comfort with Telehealth services.

· Passion for mental health and helping others.

· A great attitude!

NICE TO HAVE:

· Experience with online platforms (Jane app preferred).

· Bilingual or multilingual (Spanish, Farsi, Armenian).
