Job Title: Software Support Analyst (Entry Level)

Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Support team to assist customers with software deployment and technical support. The role includes installation, configuration, user training, and resolving product-related issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle software installation and configuration.
  • Provide user training and technical assistance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries.
  • Collaborate with the development team for issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
