Financial Associate

Position Summary

The Financial Associate role is an entry-level opportunity designed for students and early-career professionals interested in the financial services, business, or leadership fields.
Through our structured virtual mentorship program, associates learn how to educate families on essential financial principles, insurance strategies, and long-term planning.

This position begins part-time and fully remote, allowing students to balance academic schedules while gaining valuable professional experience. Top performers may advance into leadership and management roles with unlimited income potential and ongoing mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in interactive virtual training to develop a foundational understanding of financial concepts and protection strategies.

Engage with individuals and families through Zoom consultations, helping them explore personalized financial protection options.

Work with leads generated through marketing and social media campaigns (no cold calling).

Strengthen communication, leadership, and financial literacy skills through real-world client interactions.

Collaborate with a motivated, positive, and goal-oriented team to achieve shared objectives.

Desired Qualifications

Must currently reside in the United States and be eligible to pass a background check.

Must have a Social Security Number.

Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset.

Background in leadership, athletics, customer service, or sales is a plus (but not required).

Compensation & Development

Performance-based compensation (1099 contractor) — average commission per policy: $500–$700+.

Typical trained associates close 2–5 policies per week.

State insurance license sponsored upon completion of training (no cost to you).
