CRM/Account Manager

CRM / Account Manager (Sales) —  (On-site: New York, Los Angeles, or San Jose)

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and articulate CRM / Account Manager to join our client-facing team. This role is ideal for individuals eager to grow in client relationship management, business development, and account operations within a service-based / software / AI environment.

You will work closely with internal delivery teams and external stakeholders to maintain strong client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure service quality across accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and strengthen client relationships, ensuring alignment with project goals and expectations.

Collaborate with internal teams to support project execution and client communication.

Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and assist with proposals and presentations.

Manage CRM data, client documentation, and weekly reporting.

Participate in client meetings and assist with account operations and business planning.

Requirements

Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience or internship experience as a CRM, Account Manager, Sales Coordinator, or Client Success role preferred.

Exposure to service-based or software companies; interest in AI and technology solutions.

Excellent organization, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Must be available to work on-site in New York, Los Angeles, or San Jose.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and business analytics dashboards.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple accounts or projects.

Interest in AI applications in recruitment and enterprise technology.
