The Corporate Strategy Internship at Robinhood gives students a front-row seat to the strategic decision-making that drives a leading fintech company. As an intern, you’ll partner closely with the Corporate Strategy team to tackle projects in strategic planning, market analysis, and business development. This hands-on experience is designed to offer you a well-rounded understanding of how strategy is shaped and executed in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll do
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- Assist in the development of business cases for new opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights.
- Support the preparation of presentations and reports for senior leadership.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to the development of long-term strategies.
What you bring
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy is a plus.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected hourly range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
