Rehabilitation Specialist 

PART TIME to FULL TIME

Arena Chiropractic, PLLC is excited to announce an expansion in the rehabilitation and exercise services offered within our practice. To properly accommodate the needs of our patients we are hiring a Rehabilitation Specialist. This individual will work directly with Dr. Arena to offer our patients a Rehab to Performance based clinic. Responsibilities:

• Assist Doctors in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients. 
• Guide patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises, stretches, and mobility activities.
• Provide hands-on support with balance, strength, and functional training.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates or concerns to the supervising chiropractor and/or massage therapist. 
• Educate patients and families on safe exercise techniques, at-home programs, and use of assistive devices.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment.
• Prepare therapy areas and equipment for patient sessions.
• Document patient treatments and progress notes accurately and in compliance with regulations.
• Support patient motivation and encourage adherence to therapy plans.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling or patient flow.
• Other tasks as deemed to be necessary to facility function and patient care.

Position Qualifications: 

• Week day availability to accommodate office working hours. 
• Personal Training or Physical Education experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology and/or personal training certification(s) preferred.
