The Charlie Brown Realty Group is offering college students a behind-the-scenes look at a high-performing real estate team inside our state-of-the-art Keller office.

This is a paid, part-time internship designed for motivated students who want real, hands-on experience — not busywork. We offer multiple opportunities depending on your interests, including real estate sales, marketing, social media, photography, videography, lead generation, and operations.

You’ll work closely with our Team Lead, Director of Operations, Agents, and Administrative Team, gaining firsthand experience in every part of the business — from Internet Sales and lead generation (where it all begins) to marketing, content creation, listings, showings, and closings.

What You’ll Learn

How leads are generated, nurtured, and converted

Marketing and social media strategies that drive business growth

How listings are prepared, marketed, and sold

Photography and videography for property marketing

Office operations and technology systems used in real estate

Ideal Candidate

College student majoring in business, marketing, communications, real estate, or media

Organized, motivated, and eager to learn through hands-on work

Strong communication and creative skills (social media or Canva experience a plus)

Flexible weekday schedule around classes
