As a Sales Coordinator, you are dedicated to delivering excellence to both internal and external customers. You consistently strive for results and play a key role in managing the administrative and operational aspects of the sales process.
You are skilled in preparing sales proposals, processing orders, organizing product development projects, and coordinating materials for trade shows and sales meetings. You demonstrate strong project management and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Operations
- Prepare and develop comprehensive sales proposals aligned with client needs and company objectives.
- Manage the distribution of sales materials, including brochures, promotional items, and product samples.
- Maintain organized and accurate sales records, preparing monthly reports and supporting senior management in goal setting.
- Support management by processing orders, tracking delivery schedules, and updating customers on order status.
- Set up and monitor sales processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose timely solutions to optimize performance.
Merchandising & Project Support
- Compile and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and internal reviews.
- Provide project management assistance, coordinating cross-departmental efforts to meet project timelines.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and setup of showroom displays and promotional events.
- Build product specifications based on imagery, market trends, and current demand, defining appropriate constructions, sizes, and finishes aligned with brand standards.
Customer Service & Client Relations
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring satisfaction and effective resolution.
- Provide after-sales support and follow-up to maintain strong client relationships.
- Proactively inform clients of unforeseen delays or issues, offering clear updates and proposed solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales support role or similar business role
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, and marketing or equivalent
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator, sales assistant or in other administrative positions required
- Advance excel knowledge.
- Strong written and verbal communication ability
- Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and drive to deliver results
- Strong computer skills with a thorough knowledge base of Microsoft Excel required
- Strong fact-based and intuitive decision-making skills
- Ability to identify and apply systems solutions to business problems.
- Ability to work independently
