Production Intern
CityLive Music & Entertainment is seeking a team-oriented, motivated Production Intern interested in Stage Management to Set Design, behind the scenes and office support for our Winter/Spring season — focusing on the pre-production of our upcoming pop-up winter musical theater production inspired by Disney’s Frozen.
If you’re interested in theater and live event production and want to learn what it takes to bring a show from concept to stage, this is an excellent opportunity. You’ll gain hands-on experience in event production, creative development, casting coordination, and client-facing logistics.

Required availability:
• Weekdays (remote + in-person as needed)
• In-person office days: Tuesdays and Thursdays in Midtown Manhattan
• Must be available December 13 & 14 for on-site support
What you’ll do:
• Assist with event pre-production, scheduling, and logistics
• Help organize scripts, props, costumes, cue sheets, and creative assets
• Support stage management and day-of show operations
• Liaise with performers and staff to ensure everyone has what they need
You’re a great fit if you:
• Have an interest in music, theater, live production, or entertainment management
• Are organized, proactive, and communicate clearly
• Are comfortable on Mac/iOS
• Can work in a fast-moving, creative, detail-driven environment
• Are comfortable signing and honoring an NDA / non-compete as part of working on proprietary shows
Location: Edgewater, NJ + Midtown Manhattan, NY
Compensation: $15.49 /hr & requires enrollment for school credit or project scope
