Position Summary
The AP Coordinator is an essential member of our Finance department who maintains and builds relationships with employees while processing weekly invoices with a high degree of detail. This role will assist with all aspects of Accounts Payable including processing invoices, maintaining vendor files, managing internal conversations and requests, and related payments in Great Plains. This involves ensuring that invoices and expense reports are properly reviewed and approved and adhere to company policies. This position processes a high volume of transactions and as such needs to be efficient, detail oriented, organized, and accurate. #LI - Remote (exceptions NY, CA, and CO)
What You Will Do
• Process accounts payable invoices accurately and timely for multiple entities using GP
• Ensure invoices are coded correctly, properly routed & approved, and comply with company policies
• Reconcile vendor statements; research and correct discrepancies and/or past due balances
• Maintain vendor relationships and act as a liaison between vendors and company regarding invoices and services
• Assist in the preparation of documents for external reporting
• Other duties as assigned
What You Will Bring
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field, with 1-2 years of professional office work experience
• Proficient with MS Office Suite; experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP is an asset
• Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, and a strong sense of customer service
• Strong professional relationship skills, with an ability to work cross-departmentally to solve problems
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Must be able to maintain absolute confidentiality

The pay range for this position is $18.04 to $24.31 an hour. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
