║ About the Role:
Our facility has four distinct units: Rehab, Memory Care, Long-term Care, and Transitional Therapy. As a nurse, you can expect to have a routine unit assignment but may be assigned to work other units as needed.
We are looking for a reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to take excellent care of our residents while working together as a team, where you will:
- Advocate for the needs of the residents and/or their families
- Supervise and oversee the work of STNAs
- Ensure that care plans are carried out appropriately
- Perform routine nursing measures, such as vital signs, weights, food intake, and behavior monitoring
- Administer medications and treatments
- Perform diagnostic tests as ordered
- Document resident information in an electronic charting system
- Coordinate resident care in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care
- Effectively make decisions to maximize the best clinical outcome for the resident
- Be accountable for nursing compliance, excellence, and delivery of resident care in adherence to the organization, local, state, and federal regulations
- Complete admissions and discharges in a timely manner, including documentation
- Assure HIPAA requirements are followed at all times

Pay: Up to $35.75 per hour
