What You’ll Be Doing
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This role offers hands-on exposure to key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will bring curiosity, professionalism, and a strong desire to learn about people operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain real-world HR experience while developing foundational skills that support a future career in Human Resources or Business Administration.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn.
- Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 15 lbs. (e.g., office supplies or event materials).
- Commitment to uphold company values and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.

- Prior internship, volunteer, or work experience in an HR or office setting.
- Familiarity with HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of basic HR laws, compliance practices, or onboarding procedures.
