🌎 Youth Missions Trip Leader — Summer Ministry + Discipleship Experience

 Organization: LeaderTreks
 Location: Based in West Chicago, IL — Travel across the U.S. (and possibly Costa Rica!)
 Dates: Late May–Early August (11 weeks)
 Compensation: Earn up to $6,000 — with travel + housing included

This summer, step into a mission that matters. At LeaderTreks, you’ll lead youth mission trips where students learn to serve others and grow in their faith—and you’ll do the same.

As a Missions Team Member, you’ll disciple students, facilitate Bible studies, and lead meaningful conversations about life and faith. You’ll be mentored by experienced ministry leaders and develop the spiritual confidence and leadership skills that will shape your calling.

🧰 What You’ll Do

• Lead youth groups on mission trips focused on service and spiritual growth
• Disciple students through daily devotionals, debriefs, and Bible studies
• Foster a Christ-centered team culture of humility, growth, and joy
• Support your Trip Leader with planning, logistics, and ministry coordination
• Engage in personal reflection, mentorship, and leadership development
• Conclude the summer celebrating what God has done through you and your team
