Marketing & Outreach Intern (Virtual, Paid)

Juniper Therapy is seeking a creative, driven Marketing & Outreach Intern to support our mission of expanding access to culturally responsive mental health care. This is a paid, remote internship ideal for students in marketing, communications, or business who want hands-on experience in brand strategy, digital content, and community outreach.

Responsibilities:

-Design flyers and outreach materials using Canva

-Research and connect with local organizations for community partnerships

-Assist with email marketing (Mailchimp) and basic social media planning

-Support campaign strategies for niche audiences (faith-based, bilingual, LGBTQ+, etc.)

-Help refine brand voice and internal marketing processes

Skills You’ll Gain:

-Community-based marketing experience

-Real-world content strategy

-Portfolio-ready designs and outreach campaigns

-Use of platforms like Mailchimp, Canva, and Google Workspace

-Insight into marketing for a mission-driven therapy practice

-Remote (occasional hybrid possible if located in PA)

-Flexible hours (~10 hrs/week)

-$15/hour
