Our Entry-Level Management Trainee helps bring our clients' products and services to life through engaging in-store displays and promotional campaigns. These promotions are highly effective as they target customers in big-box retailers when they’re already ready to purchase. Our distinctive method of client representation allows us to engage directly with customers using clear, simple communication. This approach has consistently delivered strong results by helping customers make well-informed and confident buying choices.
The Entry-Level Management Trainee will be responsible for:
- Engaging with customers directly
- Receiving hands-on training and guidance from management
- Collaborating with clients to set up in-store marketing campaigns
- Continuously updating knowledge on new products and services
Each Management Trainee is paired with a mentor who will guide them through the process of mastering customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations within the business. Our ongoing Management Training Program equips candidates with valuable skills for success both in our company and as professionals in any business setting.
We’re looking for candidates who:
- Have prior experience in customer service, sales, or similar roles
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Can handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Exhibit a positive and professional attitude
- Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Hold a Bachelor's or Associate’s degree (preferred), or a High School Diploma
