Responsibilities

• Source and contact potential candidates through job boards and direct applications
• Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing to onboarding
• Review and qualify resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct phone screenings
• Assist with HR-related duties including job offers, onboarding, and payroll
• Support team operations with light administrative tasks
• Contribute to team development and company growth initiatives
• Explore opportunities for advancement into roles such as brand management and bookkeeping

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• 1–5 years of customer-facing experience
• Associate degree or higher
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable communicating via phone, video, and in-person
• Reliable transportation
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Proficiency with tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Office, and Google Drive

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in recruiting, sales, or human resources
• Public speaking experience
• Familiarity with social media platforms
