We’re looking for a dynamic and results drive Personal Lines Insurance Sales Manager to lead our performing team of unlicensed and licensed agents. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by driving sales performance, mentoring talent, and ensuring our members receive exceptional service and coverage.
Schedule: 11:30am-8:00pm four weekdays and one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) - specific days to be determined.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of licensed insurance sales agents
- Drive insurance sales performance and meet team and department goals
- Analyze sales metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
- Manage team schedules, timekeeping, and coverage
- Interview, hire, and onboard new team members
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development
- Handle customer escalations and ensure five-star diamond service
- Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and carrier updates
- Occasional team support during off-hours as needed
Work Requirements:
- 100% remote position
- Must have a quiet, dedicated home office space free from distractions
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Demonstrate strategic ownership, accountability, and ability to lead a remote team with minimal oversight
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of direct leadership/management sales experience with proven success
- Minimum of 8 years of insurance sales experience with a track record of sales success including cross-selling
Licensing:
- Active Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license upon hire
- Life Insurance License (state specific) required within 1 year
