More about the role
This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as an Automation & Continuous Improvement Intern in Bridgewater, NJ with Signify.
As a member of the Consumer Automation and Continuous Improvement team you will support process improvements utilizing LEAN methodologies. You will support waste removal through analytics and automation builds. Activities include:
Model and develop process automations using a variety of tools including Power Automate, VBA, macro, coding etc.
Optimize and automate commercial processes with strong customer collaboration
Support RPA (Robotic Process Automation) production job monitoring and analyzing potential improvements
Support business automation requirement definition, inputs/outputs, to global automation program and IT teams
Support operational tasks as required
More about you
While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science or related field
Advanced knowledge of Excel, working knowledge of VBA, Macro, power query & Power BI preferred
Experience in automation programs & basic knowledge of SAP
Project management skills (development and implementation of automation projects)
End to end process management knowledge and problem-solving Tools (i.e. LEAN tools)

Pay Rate: $23 - $34 per hour (based on year of study)
