Implementation Specialist

Implementation Specialist (Customer Success) – zHealth

This role is 100% in-office in San Francisco

About The Position

As an Implementation Specialist, you will be the primary guide for new customers as they adopt the zHealth EHR platform. You will lead onboarding, deliver product training, configure account settings, and ensure a smooth transition into daily use of the software. You will partner closely with Customer Success and Support to ensure customers understand workflows, especially related to scheduling, documentation, and billing in the healthcare space.

Your mission is helping clinics go live confidently, quickly, and successfully.

Who We Are Looking For

You have at least 2 years of SaaS onboarding, implementation, or similar customer-facing experience, ideally in healthcare or wellness technology. You enjoy solving workflow puzzles, explaining technology in easy-to-follow ways, and building great relationships. Experience with insurance billing or EHR systems earns bonus points. Key Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding projects for new clinics from kickoff through go-live
• Train customers on zHealth software including scheduling, documentation, and billing features
• Configure customer accounts, settings, roles, and initial integrations
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for operational and insurance workflows
• Assist customers with claim setup, billing configuration, and clearinghouse processes
• Track onboarding progress, ensure milestones are met, and proactively remove blockers
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any complex setup or workflow issues
• Document learnings and contribute to onboarding process improvements
• Maintain exceptional communication and follow-through to drive high customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of SaaS onboarding, training, or Customer Success experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with EHR software, clinic workflows, or medical billing is a plus
• Proficiency with CRM and productivity tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot
• Comfort learning technical systems and applying workflow best practices
• Organized, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously
• Full-time availability in our San Francisco office

Pay

Base salary of $65,000 plus benefits
