Position Summary
As an IT Intern, you’ll work directly with your manager to gain hands-on experience in hardware and software setup, system troubleshooting, and network support. This internship is designed to help you build a strong foundation in IT while contributing to meaningful projects that support our day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Provide technical support to team members and resolve basic IT issues.
- Help document IT inventory, processes, and procedures within our internal tracking system.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of hardware and software across various locations.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of network and system administration.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with Google Suite and/or Mac systems.
