Zoom Prayer Revivalist / Pastor

Job Title: Zoom Prayer Revivalist Pastor 

Hours: Part-time, 10-15 hours per week (flexible, remote work)
Compensation: $25 per hour,
Location: Fully remote

Job Summary:

We're seeking a healthy, passionate, catalytic pastor revivalist to ignite and sustain a vibrant prayer community via Zoom. This is not a role for mere managers but for a visionary firestarter – a pastoral leader with a proven history of building and imparting culture through prayer, connection, and care. This individual will shepherd prayer members through individual needs, connect them to our larger body of prayer members, and foster unity and passion for revival that overflows.

Key Responsibilities:
 

Build and Nurture Prayer Community

Play a key and active role in pastoring and igniting passion in core community prayer members, keeping regular contact through daily, weekly, and monthly engagement, connecting through personal texts and 15-minute monthly phone call check- ins. Cultivate relational unity amongst members through text groups; exchanging faith-filled/inspirational content, sharing prayer requests and testimonies, praying for one another, and building culture. 
 

Maintain an ongoing prayer list dedicated to recording prayer requests and testimonies and praying into them.

Lead Spirit-Led Word based - Zoom Calls

Facilitate Zoom prayer calls with passion and discernment, remaining sensitive to the Holy Spirit’s leading. Dedicate time to hosting the presence of God, ministering to Him, and intercession-based prayer. Be open to spontaneous "Good Samaritan" moments where the group may pray for specific needs as they arise.

Intercession and Strategy
 

Dedicate an hour daily to pray (5 days a week) over Zoom prayer members and the Crossroads community at large. Strategize creative ways to foster connection, build an interactive and dynamic community of prayer members, and ignite faith for revival, always encouraging first love connection to the Lord. 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in building and imparting a healthy revival culture through prayer, connection, and care.
• Ability to engage with individuals on a pastoral level, ministering to unique situations as needed.
• Ability to cultivate and sustain meaningful connections within a prayer community.
• Strong writing and organizational skills for developing & nurturing an online revival prayer community.
• Comfortable with digital tools (Zoom, WhatsApp) and social media platforms for content sharing.
• Ability to lead passionate, engaging Spirit-led Zoom calls with discernment and wisdom.
