Product Manager

Role:
🚀 Define and execute product strategy across a suite of software tools for restaurant operators.
📊 Own and manage the product roadmap, making data-informed decisions that balance customer needs and business goals.
🤝 Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data Science, and Operations teams to drive alignment and deliver impactful results.
💡 Identify new opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
🧠 Lead continuous product experimentation, leveraging data to refine ideas and validate outcomes.
🎯 Act as the voice of the customer—translating their needs into clear product requirements and innovative features.

Requirements:
💼 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS, restaurant tech, or hospitality software.
⚙️ Strong technical understanding—comfortable discussing APIs, systems architecture, and trade-offs with engineers.
📈 Proven ability to deliver user-centric products that scale across multiple platforms.
🧩 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
📊 Analytical mindset with experience using metrics to guide decisions.
🍽️ Hands-on restaurant or hospitality experience is a strong plus.
💪 Comfortable making decisions with incomplete data and thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
