Client Care Coordinator

As a Client Care Coordinator (Scheduler) at Visiting Angels, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the care they need on a regular basis. Working closely with our Directors of Client Care, you'll be responsible for managing the scheduling of our team of caregivers. We have locations in Woodbridge and Newington, CT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for all incoming calls to the agency.
- Coordinate caregiver assignments based on client care plans and caregiver availability.
- Maintain regular communication with caregivers to ensure they are informed of their schedules and any changes to their assignments.
- Collaborate closely with the Directors of Client Care to ensure all clients receive consistent and appropriate care.
- Keep scheduling information accurate and up-to-date in our agency's database.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of one years of scheduling and office experience.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience with scheduling software and databases preferred.
