Overview

We are seeking motivated AI Automation Expert Interns with a passion for combining technology and business strategy. As part of this crew, you’ll explore, design, and implement AI-powered solutions to optimize USail’s business processes—from reservations to marketing to customer engagement. This internship is perfect for Computer Science and Business majors who want to apply their skills in a real-world startup environment. If you love smooth sailing between creativity and precision, this internship will let you chart your own course.

Responsibilities

  • Identify areas of USail's operations that can be automated with AI
  • Develop and test automation solutions for: 
  • Reservation booking procedures 
  • Marketing workflows
  • Customer interactions and chatbots 
  • Other business processes you propose 
  • Work with leadership to integrate automation tools and track performance 
  • Provide reports on efficiency gains and opportunities for scaling

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field. 
  • Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or coding (e.g., Python, Zapier, OpenAI APIs, Bolt, etc.). 
  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills. 
  • Strong interest in startups, business optimization, and AI technology.
