NDMV Volunteers serve full or part-time at Partner Sites, supporting educational and community needs. At the heart of our approach is relationship-centered service, which includes one-on-one and small group support, mentoring youth, coaching adults working toward academic or career goals, and helping families navigate community resources.
Member Benefits
A stipend of up to $21,000 (full time) paid in semi-monthly increments

NDMV Support:
Biweekly virtual member meetings (Fridays, 10AM–1PM ET) with training in social justice, professional development, leadership, and topics relevant to the service experience
A Midyear Conference focused on renewal, connection, and personal growth
Ongoing service accompaniment from a National NDMV Site Manager through one-on-one support
