Business Development Representative
What you’ll do:
- Make outbound cold calls targeting US CPA firms and tax professionals.
Identify and engage decision-makers to introduce SignalsHQ’s tax automation platform. - Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and challenges related to tax research, compliance, and automation.
- Schedule demos and appointments for the sales team, effectively handing off warm leads for conversion.
- Maintain detailed call records, update CRM data accurately, and track progress against KPIs.
- Continuously improve communication techniques based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize messaging and outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly call and lead generation targets.
