4AM Creative, a boutique PR & Marketing agency based out of NYC and Mumbai, is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented PR Intern to join our team and help us pitch our clients to top-tier publications across lifestyle, fashion, travel, and culture. If you love media, follow trends before they hit the algorithm, and get excited by the thought of seeing your work featured in Cosmopolitan, Vogue, or Paper Mag, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
- Research journalists, editors, and outlets that align with our clients’ industries
- Draft and send media pitches and press releases
- Update and maintain press lists, coverage trackers, and editorial calendars
- Support with influencer and talent outreach for brand campaigns and events
- Track client mentions and compile press reports
- Assist with brainstorming story angles, pitch ideas, and campaign hooks

- Are curious about PR, marketing, and storytelling
- Love reading the news, following pop culture, and being chronically online
- Are comfortable building and maintaining relationships with VIPs
- Write clean, conversational copy and enjoy crafting the perfect subject line
- Know your way around Google Docs, Sheets, and Notion
- Love organization and can manage multiple projects at once
- Are comfortable with deadlines and remote collaboration
