Founding Product Manager

About the Role
We’re looking for a UI/UX Product Designer to help translate the founder’s creative and business vision into an intuitive, high-impact digital experience. You’ll own the end-to-end product design process — from concept and wireframes to launch — while shaping the product roadmap and future user experience of a fast-growing lifestyle brand.

You Will

Turn ideas and strategy into clear product direction and wireframes.

Lead the full design process in Figma, from concept to developer handoff.

Create user flows, prototypes, and design specs for smooth implementation.

Define and prioritize the product roadmap aligned with business goals.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and branding.

Document workflows and assist in onboarding future developers.

Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate based on user feedback.

You Have

3–6 years of UI/UX or product design experience, ideally in consumer or e-commerce brands.

Strong Figma proficiency and visual design skills.

Experience collaborating directly with founders or leadership teams.

Deep understanding of design systems, UX patterns, and scalable UI.

Excellent communication and documentation habits.

A “build fast” mindset — thinking in MVPs and iterative improvements.
