About the Role
Offload Works is looking for two experienced Web Developers skilled in Wix to redesign and modernize our existing company websites. This is a project-based contract (approx. 60–100 hours per developer) focused on delivering sleek, responsive, and user-friendly sites that reflect our brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Redesign and rebuild two websites using Wix with a focus on design, usability, and performance.

Create modern, responsive layouts optimized for all devices and browsers.

Implement basic SEO best practices to boost visibility and rankings.

Integrate apps, plugins, and third-party tools to enhance functionality.

Optimize site performance, including media and loading speed.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure designs meet business objectives.

Test, debug, and prepare sites for successful launch.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in Wix website design and development.

Strong understanding of web design principles, responsive layouts, and UX/UI best practices.

Basic skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom adjustments.

Familiarity with SEO optimization and web performance tuning.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

Portfolio showcasing past Wix redesign projects.

Experience with graphic design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Canva).

Knowledge of Google Analytics and digital marketing basics.
