About the role

We are looking for a rockstar to work with our Chief Product Officer. You are someone with a passion for learning and challenging yourself to grow in new ways.

You will learn how to help make incredible user experiences, test features before releases, and build a product that customers and end-users love.

This internship will be the one for you if you are an ambitious student who wants to take on various responsibilities, make a difference, collaborate with diverse individuals, and grow exponentially!

What you will do:

  • Software development: Implement updated and new features using code and AI-related platforms for our web-application.
  • Product management: Assist in writing UI/UX and development tickets, participate in agile scrum methodology, and help manage product roadmaps, backlogs, and ceremonies.
  • AI research and development: Collaborate with the product team to research into and implement AI LLMs, APIs, and other related tools to improve our chatbot assistant and the next-generation of content creation and delivery.
  • Product testing: Follow and create test cases and provide feedback on our platform in a detail-oriented, curious, honest, and insightful manner.
  • Content development: Assist in ****onboarding, training, and upskilling content design, creation, and improvement.
  • User feedback: Aid in user feedback and analysis to identify challenges, opportunities, and improvements for a seamless and enjoyable user experience.
  • Customer success: Assist in customer relations to improve user delight, satisfaction, and loyalty.

  • Technical problem solver: You are ready to jump into and solve technical challenges to develop technology products, even without prior experience. Bonus for experience with TypeScript, PWA, PostgreSQL, Google Cloud, React Query, Next.js, Python.
  • Strong communicator: You thrive when speaking and writing to people of all backgrounds, and look to continuously grow your communication skills.

Logistics:

  • Hybrid, based in McLean, VA
  • Between 10-40 hours per week
  • Flexible start/end dates for 3 months
  • Compensation is $20/hour - this is subject to change when you apply, in which we will notify you
