Corporate Housing Coordinator

Housing Helpers is a leader in the real estate industry, providing brokerage services for investors and companies for over 30 years. As our corporate housing coordinator, you will have the unique opportunity to grow with our company as we build our Reno team. You will love to work with our positive and goal orientated team. This is an opportunity to learn all aspects of the corporate housing industry from the leading provider of furnished monthly rentals in Las Vegas and looking to grow in Reno.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform walkthroughs and inspections for move-ins and move-outs
  • Take photos for new listings
  • Troubleshoot WiFi, cable, and YouTube TV issues
  • Effectively operate and manage property management software 
  • Facilitate our clients’ overall experience and maintain excellent customer service
  • Communicate effectively and cohesively with other departments in the office
  • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance requests with vendors
  • Deliver requested items upon request to corporate units
  • Perform light maintenance duties
