Lustrous Med Aesthetics is a modern luxury med spa located in Bedford, TX, offering advanced injectable and skincare treatments. Our mission is to help clients “Minimize Age, Maximize Beauty” through science-based aesthetic care in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
We’re looking for a creative and motivated Marketing & Social Media Intern to help us grow our brand presence and connect with our community. This position is perfect for a marketing, communications, or digital media student interested in beauty, branding, and social media strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and post social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Use Canva and our existing content calendar to create branded graphics and captions
- Assist with short-form video content (Reels/TikToks) — editing or captioning
- Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages in a brand-appropriate tone
- Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers)
- Brainstorm creative campaign ideas for promotions and events
- Collaborate directly with the owner to maintain cohesive brand voice and consistency
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Digital Media
- Familiar with social media management and design tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Interest in aesthetics, skincare, or beauty marketing is a plus
- Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines
