SEEKING: Youth Theatre Stage Manager (Intern)

We are looking for a Stage Manager to join our production team for our youth musical theatre mainstage production (ages 8–18) in Spring 2026.

Ideal candidate is:

• Extremely organized with excellent time management, able to meet deadlines, and very punctual
• Proactive communicator + clear note taker
• Strong at running fast paced rehearsals
• Able to calmly problem solve and find solutions in real time
• Patient, supportive and able to work positively with young performers of all levels
• Thinks three steps ahead and protects the room
• Experience with theatre strongly preferred
• Responsibilities include: rehearsal room management, blocking and line notes, prop/costume tracking, calling cues, production paperwork, and communication between creative + tech teams
• Must be able to pass background check & drug test
