  • Competitive stipend or hourly + course credit option

Why This Role Matters

As Founding Program Manager to the CEO of ClimateAi, you'll help build the operating system of this mission: we'll start by launching a high-caliber podcast series featuring leaders in music, sports, business, and public life; extend that content through digital amplification channels (YouTube/Spotify, shorts, newsletters, creator and campus networks); and activate the audience with learning workshops and online sessions that help families prepare kids for an era of disruptive change. Your job is to translate strategy into a roadmap, roadmap into execution, and execution into measurable impact—with the ambition to reach billions of kids and parents over time.

What You'll Do

  • Own the roadmap & delivery: Convert vision into OKRs and weekly sprints; sequence work, remove blockers, and hold a crisp quality bar.
  • Lead high-profile guest ops: Build and manage a pipeline across music, sports, business, and public leadership; coordinate with agents/teams; run pre-interviews; secure releases/NDAs.
  • Stand up the growth engine: Design repeatable growth loops (guest cross-posts, shorts, newsletters, campus ambassadors), instrument analytics, and iterate on data.
  • Build partnerships that scale: Source and manage partnerships with schools, youth orgs, creators, and platforms; draft simple MOUs; track and report outcomes.
  • Create the operating system: Stand up Notion/Airtable for pipeline, calendars, briefs, assets, SOPs, and dashboards—usable by anyone in 5 minutes.
  • Own the numbers & decisions: Ship a weekly metrics pack (reach, retention, conversion), propose experiments, and close the loop with clear go/no-go calls.

Skills That Make a Great Program Manager Here

  • Structured thinking: Break big, ambiguous goals into clear workstreams, owners, and timelines.
  • Operational rigor: Checklists, clean docs, and closed loops—nothing slips.
  • Stakeholder & celebrity management: Poised, concise communication with executives, agents, and public figures; impeccable follow-through.
  • Prioritization & judgment: Separate signal from noise; say 'no' gracefully; escalate early.
  • Analytics fluency: Comfortable with dashboards (YouTube/Spotify/GA/Chartable/Airtable); form hypotheses and run simple A/B tests.
  • Tooling & systems: Notion/Airtable, Google Suite, basic project boards; quick to learn new tools.
  • Execution speed + quality bar: Ship fast without sacrificing accuracy, safety, or brand.
  • Discretion & reliability: Handle sensitive information, embargoes, and private schedules with care.
  • Learning velocity & resilience: Adapt when plans change and keep moving.

What You'll Get

  • Scale of impact: Front-row role in a project designed to reach billions of kids and parents over time.
  • Mentorship & network: Direct access to the CEO of ClimateAi (WEF Young Global Leader; Stanford lecturer) and high-profile guests.
  • Career-defining reps: Ownership across strategy, ops, partnerships, analytics, and productized content.
  • Flexibility: We work around classes/exams; hybrid setup; clear goals.
