Process Engineer

Process Engineer - This is a hands on position that provides support to our injection molding manufacturing facilities focusing on development and optimization of new products and processes. 

Responsibilities include: 

Providing technical support to our manufacturing operations.

Develop, optimize and document new/improved processes in support of manufacturing.

Update and maintain process monitoring documents as required to meet production needs.

Identify, review and recommend new technologies in support of business objectives.

Develop and support continuous improvement plans.

Access and plan for health, safety and ergonomic issues as related to plastic processing manufacturing activities.

Support quality system standard.

Initiate and participate in internal problem solving/improvement activities.

Actively continue personal development/continuous improvement initiatives that are aligned with business objectives and job functions to provide increased contributions through enhanced performance.
