What you’ll learn: 

Carrier Sales Representatives provide reliable, cost-effective transportation solutions for LoadDelivered’s network of shipping customers. Some specific job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Prospect and on-board quality carriers to handle our growing volume of shipments
  • Negotiate pricing with carriers on both the spot and contracted levels  
  • Establish and nurture relationships within your network  
  • Build and deepen internal relationships with client-facing teams to grow your book of business  
  • Leverage LoadDelivered’s technology to focus on relationship building and higher-level sales strategy

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Responsible self-starter, highly motivated to succeed
  • Ability to build strong relationships, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional persuasion, motivation, and influence skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
