Management Trainee
Clarion is looking to find recent College Graduates who are interested in learning about all areas of manufacturing. Below is what all Management Trainees can expect to cycle through and learn about. The goal is to expose bright and eager individuals to all aspects of PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING manufacturing to see where they may want to specialize.
Travel will be necessary.

Production Phase 1 – (3 weeks)
Operator –1 week
Participate in onboarding for new operator, work with trainer, injection molding terminology…etc.
Relief Operator / Supervisor – 1 week
Will be trained by Shift Supervisor / Team Leader. Will spend 3-4 days as a RO, beginning and end of shift paperwork and relief of operators. Shift TBD. Monitor day to day activities with supervisor.
