Through hands-on rotations, mentorship, and structured learning, you’ll gain a 360° view of the business and be ready to step into a leadership role upon completion - whether that's managing a team, driving sales, or running a profit center.
What You’ll Experience
- Rotations across core functions such as Operations, Logistics, Inventory Control, Sales, Warehouse & Business Operations, Business Management, Purchasing, and more.
- Mentorship sessions with experienced leaders who will guide your growth
- Travel to training sessions across the country for broader exposure
- Structured coursework in electrical systems, robotics process automation, artificial intelligence, industry 4.0 methodologies, sales, and management to build a strong leadership foundation
Who is this for?
