Here is how the Total Rewards Intern role will impact our business:
The Total Rewards Intern will support the Human Resources team in the areas of compensation, benefits, and HR systems. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to learn how data, systems, and programs work together to support employees. The role will also provide valuable experience assisting with the implementation of a new Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Total Rewards Support
- Assist with gathering and organizing data for compensation and benefits programs.
- Support the preparation of compensation survey submissions and data audits.
- Conduct research on total rewards trends, best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to employee communications related to compensation, benefits, and wellness programs.
- Contribute to the preparation of materials and reports for HR meetings and projects.
HRIS Implementation Support
- Participate in activities related to the rollout of the new HRIS platform.
- Learn how HR systems connect different parts of the employee experience.
- Document system processes, workflows, and data standards.
General HR Support
- Provide administrative support to the HR and Total Rewards teams.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and process improvements.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and care
Qualifications/Skills
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Excel and an interest in learning HR technology platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Learning Opportunities

Remote work is being considered for this role excluding the following states: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, and Tennessee.
